Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is very simple. What you transmit with us will remain private and is never stored on our servers for longer than the Traceless Link is alive. All of your personal data, such as your email address, name, address, credit card information and all other information we receive from you is also private to Traceless. This means that …
1. We will not view the information that you send using our service. We will only view stats around your Traceless links to provide technical support and accurate reporting.

The two exceptions, of course, are as follows: (1) using your personal data solely in connection with processing your credit card payments; and (2) a court order or validly issued subpoena.
No Marketing/Communications
Another benefit of Traceless is that we won’t inundate you with internal or third party marketing. Traceless will only send you email communications to remind you to renew your account, to inform you of new or improved services and for other administrative and technical purposes. Should Traceless offer a newsletter, you’ll have the option of opting in or opting out.
Cookies and Passive Data Collection
Traceless uses information from your IP address for technical reasons in order to facilitate the transfer or your data through our servers and to help us determine which location your data was sent and received from. Traceless may also use cookies... Traceless uses cookies to save user screen names, session validators, and on users' browsers and hard drives, and may use them to provide tailored products and services to those users, as they become available.
IP Addresses also help us diagnose network congestion, problems with our servers and otherwise assist in the administration and delivery of the service.
Traceless automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request.

Personal Data
Once you register with Traceless and sign in to the service, you are not anonymous to Traceless. When registering with Traceless, you provide Personal Data, which may include company name, industry, number of employees, phone number, your title, city, state, country, zip code, a user name, confirmed email address, and a password. When backing data up with the Service, you send us that data and you also are sending file system information, including names of files and directories. Traceless may also record your IP address when you submit information. Traceless also may collect, at your option, certain preference and demographic information from you.
All information collected by Traceless is used for internal purposes of providing the Service, providing support to users, and to improve services. Aggregating non-identifying information supplied by users allows Traceless to understand its user base and to improve services.
To protect your account information, please keep your password secure.
All Users may opt to remove their Personal Data from our live database by contacting Traceless and canceling their Traceless user account.

Security
Traceless uses industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Specifically, all data is encrypted (using 448-bit data encryption, 128-bit communication encryption) and transmitted to our servers at a datacenter with extremely restricted access for technical reasons only.
